Merriest Christmas!

Hampden Christmas lights

It’s Christmas Eve! Our girls could not be more excited, even though they don’t exactly know what’s going on. As I mentioned Friday, Nana (B’s mom) is here, and there’s lots of anticipation in the air. Now I just need to get the girls to agree to wear the dresses I got them for Christmas Mass…

I must say, it’s hard to believe B and I are finally spending a Christmas with two daughters! That’s definitely our best gift this year.

It will be a little quiet around here this week, but if you stop by on Wednesday I’ll have a fun Christmas-themed guest post for you, and I’ll be back on Friday to wrap things up for the week.

Enjoy your day and evening — whatever your plans — and have a most happy and peaceful Christmas day!

Can’t wait to visit in the new year:-) I will be in touch after Miss America.
I leave for Las Vegas January 8th and the final night (televised night)is January 12th. I will be the proud Aunt cheering for my niece who is the reigning Miss Alabama. Her name is Anna Laura Bryan. Tune in (if you can) to ABC on Saturday night, January 12th. She’ll be the first one to step up in the state line up!! God bless you all. Can’t wait to have another visit in Charm City:-)

These are the times I wish we still had a TV — I’d love to see your niece and witness her crazy aunt hooting in the audience! Have a great trip and see you sometime afterwards.

What did they think of those 34th Street lights?! (My office is the big red Victorian building literally across the street, so I get to see a lot of them – well, when I’m not on maternity leave, that is.)

Neat, I didn’t realize your office was right there. They were amazed by the lights and wanted to climb all the stairs to the houses!
